護士掐脖上下震動大力搖晃　新北月子中心疑虐嬰遭查 Nov 5th 2013, 01:03 有網友日前在臉書PO出一段疑似虐嬰影片，新北市中和一家產後護理之家的護士，被控以雙手掐住嬰兒脖子，再以大幅度繞圈、上下震動等方式替嬰兒拍嗝。新北市衛生局4日前往稽查，雖無法確定影片拍攝地點是否在該中心，但查出護理人員的值班和嬰兒照護員的資格有問題。 《詳全文...》
