夫妻懲罰稅　最快明年報稅時解除 Oct 16th 2013, 02:34 立法院財政委員會今(16)日審議「所得稅法第十五條條文修正草案」，財政部長張盛和出席備詢會前受訪時表示，現有夫妻所得租稅制度違憲，若行政機關順利完成修法，婚姻懲罰稅條款最快明(103)年5月報稅時即可取消，不過，考量租稅效率，因此，傾向夫妻仍需合併申報。 《詳全文...》
