扯！要求員工驗梅毒　派遣公司被罰3萬 Oct 16th 2013, 03:12 新北市一家派遣公司錄取電話客服人員後，竟然把驗梅毒列為員工報到體檢的必要項目，有求職的民眾向新北市政府檢舉，勞工局依照《就業服務法》新法規定，雇主不得要求員工提供不屬於就業所需的隱私資料，開罰了3萬元，這也是全國第一個因為違反員工個資保護，遭到開罰的案例。 《詳全文...》
